You may feel a sense of numbness and confusion. These are normal reactions to the death of a loved one. While you feel this way it might best to delegate tasks to others.

Grief changes the lives of those closest to the deceased person. These changes encompass all of life’s emotions, activities, and relationships.

Take care of you, everything is second to this one priority. Eat at normal times. Sleep and rest normal hours.
