I am serving as a Community Chaplain in Washington County, Oregon.
My ministry is with police departments in the county when they are dealing with a death. My responsibilities include ministry to the family on scene and follow up. I also make notification to the family of the death. I also respond to fire and ambulance calls for death notifications and follow up.
I am also available to police officers and dispatch personnel for help with stress and any other matter they want to discuss with a chaplain.
